Hammer:
Regular fee deadline extended to Thursday at midnight!

Why? Because we want to give you the time to form
a team after this amazing race update.

We are celebrating our 15th Raid the Hammer Adventure Run by having our full raid aid station and half raid finish at the Domestique Cafe in Dundas!

We are calling this stage The Domestique Coffee Break. Our friends from Domestique Cafe in Dundas are providing the coffee at the aid station. With a minimum $20 / team donation to our Adventure Running X program for teens we will pre-order three coffees to be waiting for you at the checkpoint. Don't think you'll have time to finish your drink? Don't worry - teams will be required to take a timed 'coffee break' at the aid station to socialize and strategize the next section of the race. The maps for the second part of the Full Raid course will be distributed at the aid station during the 'coffee break'. Lucky Half Raiders will finish their race at Domestique before being bussed back to race HQ in Ancaster.

Did Professor Coffee Tarnopolsky sign off on that?

Would we have to dress like Euro-cyclists to get good service at the aid station?

Hot chocolate. duh.
Regular aid station goodies will be on hand at Domestique. Krys, the owner of Domestique, is also a coach in our Adventure Running Kids program. When we mentioned the idea of checkpoint at the store he was instantly on board.
