Discussion: Raid the Hammer Preview

Less than two weeks to the 15th Annual Raid the Hammer Adventure Run. Registration closes on November 6th (or earlier if we sell out by that date). Here is the first of a few previews that are also posted on our FB page.

1) Full raid starts and finishes at Ancaster Community Centre
2) Half raid finishes (and full raid has an aid station) at Domestique Cafe in Downtown Dundas
3) Brand new terrain never used before in training or racing.

The Raid the Hammer Adventure Run has once again attracted many top adventure racers, orienteers, ultra trail runners and triathletes from Ontario and upstate NY.

Registration closes on Thursday at midnight. We are closing in on another 100 teams of three sell-out! Myself and co-race course designer, Hans Fransson, placed many of the flags in the forest yesterday and it was absolutely spectacular (well except for the Game of Thorns Stage). Here is a list of stages in this year's race (in no particular order).
