Maps were preprinted offset print with some overprint corrections. I am doing the same for mt penn this year after I realized you can make small corrections during overprint

Thanks for the complements and pointers.
Yes, I did correct a few problems by 'adding' to the map but I can't 'remove' a feature from an existing map. That said, I should have made a CS note that the map shows a tower but the control is on a ruin.
I see what you are saying about running in the same direction. It was hard to get away from that in the small area. I thought I was being crafty in zig-zaging the course but I see now 4-5 and 13,14,15 and some of 16 run parallel.
I find it interesting that there was so much blood spilled. I was on site 5 or 6 times and came out fairly clean. Thinking about it though, I was not running and was note hell bent on a specific route so I probably took my time in rough spots and then overlooked them as problems. (Good to keep in mind for the future)
