FAQ at http://eventor.orienteering.org/Faq says that is possible to add more clubs for each competitor. IOF FootO competition rules 6.1 says "A competitor may represent only one Federation during any one calendar year."

To my knowledge current rules allow athletes to run for several clubs from different countries and "federation" is bond to competitor's nationality.

a) Is any particular reason why IOF collecting "club names"?
b) Should we expect a "club name" in future WRE result list?

If IOF is going to introduce an international athlete's license (registration valid only for one club) I assume the best way is that we all have same "national competition rule" saying what is allowed and what is not allowed. Our cyclists competing for PRO TOUR team are allowed to compete at home national championships under PRO TOUR team.

c) How other sports regulate this issue. Can athlete competes for several clubs in athletics or in any other individual sport at international competitions and home championships?

IOF does not currently regulate any club competitions and has shown no indications that it wants to do so. I'm guessing that the collection of club information in IOF Eventor is to facilitate integration between IOF Eventor and the event management systems (either Eventor, for those countries that use it at national level, or something else) that event organisers are using - after all, most "ordinary" WREs are national-level events for which the organisers would want club information.
