I would just like to invite interested orienteers in the region to the Training Day I am planning on February 8th at Paugusset. This will be a very informal training, and subject to last minute cancellation depending on the weather. More details can be found if you click through to the event page. Please e mail me if you'd like to attend, or mark your attendance here with a comment stating which level of map you'd like printed (intermediate, advanced, super advanced).
Training is cancelled for this weekend! I will keep posted on the back up dates.
I will be e mailing people in the team later today with a preliminary schedule for the Spring - first Key Meet will be at the HVO Meet at Silvermine on March 14th.
Please post schedule to Clubnet
please post schedules here
Don't any of you guys have my e mail?!
Guy, I don't know how to post to Clubnet. Perhaps someone can do it for me when I post it here?
Do people still use clubnet?
I doubt anyone who wouldn't hear about this sooner somewhere else.
What do you people without clubnet do for entertainment?
@Becks: USOFClubnet is a "closed" Yahoogroup, on which one needs to be a subscriber to post. To subscribe, just send an empty e-mail to usofclubnet-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. The volume of messages is usually just a few per week. As a Regional Coach you set your own policies regarding whom to include on your Team mailing list. However, a good general rule to follow is that, if a minor is on it, so should at least one of his/her parents/guardians.
@Pink: Clubnet is the e-mail list from which Eric Bone or Mike Schuh take junior-related announcements and then repost to cascadeoc.
This does not need to be an either/or. AP and Clubnet together get the word out to a lot of people. The name describes its original intent -- to get information from the federation to its clubs, which could then pass it along to their members.
This is not a thread about Clubnet, it is a thread about junior training. Please stop talking about Clubnet.
The first rule of Clubnet is:
You do not talk about Clubnet.
The second rule of Clubnet is:
You do not talk about Clubnet.
