Yes, often I'm one of the last few runners to toe the line.

Thanks. Yes, I'm fairly satisfied with my fitness, given my 3 months of injured time before the trials.

By the way, my PR is 33:57, and I think that's a little soft, so this wasn't really that good, unless you consider the various caveats/excuses: injury in winter/spring, training fatigue, diarrhea, stomach full of coleslaw (or at least the constituent parts), and almost no warm-up.
