That looks good, might try it some time. What's the story with what look like random splits?
Automatic km splits plus the bottom and top of the hills. It's worth a go, they're a decent set of climbs.
It looks good - I will try it when I get back from Portugal. I was looking for a spirals session in this area!
Yeah weird splits - ZW thought you'd done 32km of spirals!
Looks more like a comb than a spiral to me
Yeah, I was thinking as I ran it that there wasn't any spiralling going on.
It's true, there is no spiraling. One of the streets is a dead end, so it makes spiralling somehow unsatisfying as you can't do it consistently. Sadly, I can't think of a better name...Brincliffe bristles, Nether Edge needles?
My vote is for Brincliffe Bristles.
Brincliffe Brush? Chelsea Comb ? and my favorite the Edge Escalator?
Just had a crack at this and failed...
I did this in Sydney the other day, felt nostalgic for the spirals:

I reckon it would be a better session if it were spirals rather than up and down (and then down and up)
I think Steel Bank is still my favourite, the hills are just that bit longer.
