Tjena Elin!

I'm using this at the moment:

Pretty neat way to back up your trainings and also to import them to AP (in case you're an AP donor which I think you're).

How I do it:
After flowsync has done its job, I open v800 downloader, tick the "unsaved" trainings and download them as tcx. Then in AP, add training -> upload files and double click the just downloaded file.

Btw, it might be possible that in the future AP can download trainings straight from the watch (like Garmin and Suunto). At least when I contacted Ken few months back, he said he will look into that. Though I guess he has many things to look into :/

is it possible with above tool also to get multisports uploaded to AP to show seperate moves from one training?

A good question. Had never really tried it but just did. If you have 3 different sports, it'll make 3 different files which you all need to import. So in a way it works just a s you would think it works.

Hi Hirppa,

Any suggestion for Suunto Ambit3 with similar issue?

Did you get sorted?

I presume you figured out an export of the .tcx from Flow? Does it upload properly?

Nowadays I get the tcx straight from flow-website. In the beginning it didn't have export, then it exported the tcx as zip and for a while now it has done it as tcx. It's the easiest way now for 1-2 trainings. If I have more than that, then I return to the 2nd post of this thread.

I'm quite sure Sovijarvi won't read this (for some reason I read your post the first time just now...) but with Ambit1 I used to be able to upload to AP by just pressing the "Upload training". This of was of course possible only for AP-donors.
