I'm planning to leave it for another day or so.
Having seen how grim Brooner looked, I feel a lot better.
Anyway, you ran (or at least moved) on Sunday.
We're on a pedometer challenge for the whole of March and Alexa clocked up an extra 7km at Ultimate last night as well as having a 3 day bushwalk later this week, so I have to try to keep in touch.
I always ride ridiculously high gears, but legs pretty tired the past two days for some reason.
I hit you mid downhill, with nothing but chocolate milk and a shower ahead of me. You still have half the hill (that I mainly avoid) ahead of you....
actually looking for a new office - maybe we should go for something on top of a hill.
I'd highly recommend it, makes going home even more pleasant than normal.
