I've been doing alot of glute, quad hip flexor IT band stretches because things have felt really tight and I can feel it when I run. I had issues with this years ago just before I ran Boston and the PT people were able to straighten me out. I've been stretching and foam rolling. I've also used a tennis ball to really get deep tissue.
