kupackman: HR of 190? I must have missed you getting worked up. I just saw you coast to the finish line and touch the "carrot" in the tree. Great job overall.

It was definitely an experience volunteering for that circus-like prologue sequence!

I decided at the last minute to leave out the tight rope walk, dunk tank, fire walking and sword swallowing....due to course length issues only, of course.

roschi: I ONLY logged the clown bike because it gave me an amazing workout!! I may need to borrow this for interval sessions and balance practice... i hammered that section too!! :) 1min34BABY!!

ebone: Don't forget about long trainings. Try to build up to making your work commute on the clown bike.

After a few weeks of clown biking, you may even be ready to graduate to DDR training.

kupackman: Wow, if 1:34 of clown bike can do this, we won't need "8 minute abs" anymore. I think there's millions to be made here...

jules67: I thought you had typed in the time as a mistake. Really, Roger, logging 1:34? You're better than that. I'm going to start logging my trips to the fridge as "running". 0:33 "run" for fritos and a pint of ice cream.

kupackman: Maybe I should log the 20 seconds each day where I run up the stairs to the office. Ooooh, twice a day, as I do it again after lunch!

roschi: hey i only logged it because it was an active workout :)
not like glen logging "bike maintenance" and "nerf gun fight" :)

roschi: but the idea on using the clown bike to commute is phantastic... imagine how people would look.. with a big messenger bag too :)

Stinky Pete: Hey don't get down on me. Chasing boys around the yard with a fully auto nerf gun is a full on 5 unlike riding some clown bike (unless you can do a upside down loop like the simpsons)
