Don't beat yourself up too much, Meridian. After all, you've done over 2 hours of training in the past 4 days, some of it at level 3 intensity! That's not something to be taken lightly. Some people would stay in bed all week. And by "some people", I mean SuperWes.

Intensity is all relative. And really i'm not beating myself up. More of sarcastic remark to describe my state today since we toss the 'princess' term around by our group frequently. Speaking of which, that chump SuperWuss is definately a princess.

Wish i could have drank more at the R&C but drinks ain't cheap there. Definately will be at the CGU some way, some how next year. Gotta "visit" the Campbell Sci. vendor for my job you know;) Or is that bender?
