- definitely a JB type of ins and outs workout.
- music is only suitable for races of 100 miles or more. Not speedwork, and only long runs on rail trail or road ;)
- if you wet your HR strap down or use a ECG gel, it should help eliminate the false high HR on your warmup. I never really worry about it though.
