fletch: Looking pretty good for the return to Perth. Find out if I get thru to the board interview tomorrow
Also got an interview at Carey for a backup if things go pear shaped...
Now if only I could get my toe right to run...

Tooms: Fingers crossed... or should I say toes?? Don't worry, I have one toe that sticks up in the air and is totally numb to touch and I can manage - is yours the important hallux?

fletch: What else - physio said sesamoiditis, podiatrist says FHL tendonitis - stuff all difference to me...

Tooms: Either way cycling should be fine for it as there just isn't as much toe extension, and what little there is is unloaded. I presume NSAIDS are being taken? Have you tried voltaren gel - if it's tendonitis that should help as there is very little tissue between the skin and the tendon - unless you're sore under a fat pad in which case don't bother.
