I haven't looked hard enough but I don't have a sense of sustained rhythm in your training (e.g. weekly). I don't have one at the moment and it does leave me feeling a bit lost for form and not so confident. Part of my issue is working out what training to do between regular racing - and you seem to have a variety of races at intervals, it makes it difficult to sustain a rhythm.
