| ken: | restored from old backups. it might act a bit strange (hanging, errors, etc) until it moves back to a permanent configuration.
the missing data could still be recovered, I just haven't figured out how to get it off the disk without paying a zillion dollars. (if anyone is a FreeBSD/unix wizard, send me an email... the disk has lots of bad sectors and won't mount fully, but seems to at least partially work) |

From my browser cache I have copies of some of my own stuff and whatever I happened to look at last week. Unfortunately I clean my cache regularly. Others will probably have a lot of stashed stuff also depending on how often (if ever) they clean their cache.

| jeffw: | Good hint Tim. If you use explorer, you can go to Tools->Internet Options. Under Temporary Internet Files click on Settings... Then click on View Files. Sort by Internet Address and scroll down to www.attackpoint.*. Save these off to another directory. I happened to have a couple of weeks worth of workouts saved. |
