When I try to print a course with a map exchange, the first page prints fine but the second page won't print. I have inserted the map ex. symbol and the start 2. Anything else that I should do?

Are you using the latest release of OCAD?

How are you initiating the print - via Course Setting/Print/Courses, or via File/Print?

Printing via the Course Setting print option should work OK, but you could try exporting to a PDF (File/Export) if you can't get the direct print to work.
