Dog Runner: Great work ladies!!! I'm going to try a couple rogains this fall so I'll be asking for tips for sure. Angry dogs never sleep. I wonder if they were scarier than Slice's mountain goats...

Leanimal: We'll be coming up for the Gatineau 8 hour rogaine on October 20th so that should be fun....I might have to save the tips for after that race - just kidding I will share all that I know!!

FB: Awesome!

urthbuoy: Well done. Being the NA Champ is a prestigious award as revy and I discovered. Huge time commitment for the all the endorsement meetings with your managers and the talk show circuit gets a little tiring after awhile. If I had any advice, it would be to not sign your first book deal proposal - shop around:-).

Anyway, very well done. As you probably are now fully aware of 24 hr Rogaines seem to do more damage to feet than any AR seems to. You had a wet one which I could only imagine is even worse. It's a long time to be continuously hammering on them.

Leanimal: Yes I have found that the constant phone ringing is getting to be a bit much! I have never seen so much media at an event in my life. Actually I wouldn't have known the event had even started if it weren't for everyone running away....I do love the grassroots events though...

Sherpa: Congrats....great work ladies!
And here I was scared of bears and dogs came chasing out instead.

Bash: Hey, if we'd had your bear spray, we could have taken the shorter route!
