Training with Kelly and an Australian World XC rep in Canberra we used to do 4-6 x 60-80m. First session into it would maybe even just be 4 x 50m at top pace. I used to really like the session though, the drills and sprints really made a difference for my speed. |

| OJ: | Mmm, you could be right, I think we did jump in at the deep end a bit there. My legs certainly know about it. Good to hear that it worked for you, I reckon it could be pretty useful. Need to choose a time when the track is empty though, some of it looks very stupid. |

| candyman: | ha ha! Yeah we used to do it on an empty grass track, or at the AIS track where most of the other athletes were doing just as many stupid looking (or even more stupid looking) drills. |
