well done mate. Plenty of lessons learnt. I wonder how your time to 32k compared with your time for 32-42k? Probably not 50:50 but maybe? I can relate to the struggle starting where yours did. My year doing Melbourne was the same - coming back along Beaconsfield Pde towards Fitzroy St and thinking I shouldn't be feeling this bad!!! Great achievement to finish and sounds like you've got a taste for em now. ;)

My time to 32km was about 163 mins and then 66 min for last 10km, so that's 71:29 but psychologically the split is closer to 50:50
