Our instructor Caron Shepley has posted some "10 minutes 2 Zen" yoga videos on Youtube. You can do one or put several together if you have the time. The Sun Salutation video is the warm-up so if you don't do it first, you should do a little warming up on your own before you start a different video. I usually do about 5 minutes of the Sun Salutations, then I move on to other videos that focus on other areas, e.g. hips, stabilizers, core, etc.
