Don't go too overboard telling it it's too easy. The first couple of weeks are usually short and good for getting to know the exercises. It will ramp up.

uh oh. I'll tell the next one that it felt hard, then. I mean, the one where you have to roll up from your back to your feet and jump in the air was hard, because I have such terrible ankle mobility that I can't really do that motion...

I really struggle with those. I can do the hands down version, but the hands free version is currently beyond. I think it's flexibility but not ankles for me, something else. Not sure what!
