So was that what was crashing Giovanni's system at the maze?

Not sure. Most of the time it has worked fine uploading to a computer, but it has never worked with the standalone printer. When it's had problems on a computer, it's always been just that I put it in the station and wait forever, and nothing happens. Apparently the newest version of the software stopped supportng this model, and it didn't work at the EMPO meet, though Valerie was able to read it with her backup computer. (In that case, when it failed on the main computer, I think something did need to be reset. )
