That's a long course - and less than a week after the Lowlander! Good going!

There was a fellow who passed me near the end who said he didn't think I was tired from the race last weekend (he was there too and had also done the Lowlander). This was before a hill climb.

I had trouble moving later on Sunday but by Monday was somewhat better. Daily stretching is helping too....
