coach is pretty amazing and disciplined. He does 10 minutes on the erg every weekday morning. He stands out among us graybeards for fitness and durability.
I haven't seen Jeff for ten years. Glad he's keeping fit. I think the erg is a great workout. Hope I can post some PRs this season. But I have a long way to go.
