Dude... 400???? Wondering how you got through it so fast.
ha... yeah 3 x 400... the plan called for 3 x 600 but since my focus is running, not hiking, i knocked it down to 3 x 400. 1200 step ups in workout i think is the max i need.
shad - 50 minutes just for the step ups.. not counting the run.
sean - this plan would be perfect for the death race.
It took me 1:21 just to get through the 3x600, not counting the run. Took forever. Needless to say the total workout was not 105 mins like the plan said. Total time including the run was 1:54.
yeah dude... some of those workouts are ridiculously long... and if that is all you are doing and your goal is some mega hiking I think they are perfect. with all the running i'm doing i'm scaling the step ups back a bit.
