Getting old is a real bummer on the injury front. I got planar fasciitis running the sat 5k in Edinburgh before S6D and still not running yet! It's driving me crazy. Thank goodness for the bike. Hope your calf gets better quick. A good massage sounds in order.

Seem to be trying to manage multiple injuries all the time now, but live in hope that I'll get on top of them all at some point. Had a spell on the foam roller tonight, so hopefully that will help.
