Actually, what I want is to bike and run :) But yes, nice to not feel any pressure or stress about what I *should* be doing.
Took it easy all weekend and yesterday. Getting pretty eager to get the heart rate up; spin class tonight will take care of that.
Gonna be sooooo nicely tapered for this bike trip. I didn't taper this much for WT...
