Is this the Stewart Cup? Where are they having it this year?

Yes. It is at William Hawrelak Park in Edmonton on Saturday.

Good luck! If you go up the big hill there's a lot of climb, but mostly rolling grass, bit of a tempo course. Watch out for the bottlenecks and some tight corners.

Great thanks for the tips! I have never run there before but I hear it is pretty flat and fast with only one shorter steep ish hill every lap (2.5km loops I think). Supposedly much easier than the Stewart Cup course it Calgary where we train.

The flat nature of the course usually means that dudes go out hard! I think the last year I watched, Kip Kangogo won and he and Paul Tichelaar hammered from the start. Be careful about blowing up early.

Haha that always happens! I will be careful but I think I have my start dialed in. If you go out too hard 10km is a long way to go!
