My yoga instructor has posted some free 10-minute yoga and core videos with the idea that people can mix and match depending on how much time they have. The "SS" video is "Sun Salutations" and is intended to be the warm-up. If you don't start with that one, she recommends that you do a little warming up on your own. I usually do about half of the "SS", then move on to a different video. It's nice for people who don't have much time!
