Or distracted 'driving!'

And I'm curious. Even with several dozen tenants, I would never let my responsibilities cut short an intended workout. What keeps you so busy these days? And how much longer do you intend to do it?

I always seem to have something going on. Gradually backing out of the land trust, certainly not looking for new clients, although keeping the old ones happy. Right now I am also more or less taking a full academic load. Rhonda and I are taking two online courses at Coursera (re-taking the Roman Architecture course at Yale in anticipation of our trip to Rome and Pompeii in April, and also a Greek History class from Wesleyan), and I am taking two classes at Central Connecticut State Univ, a 3rd year Italian class (which is reasonably easy) and Italian Literature of the 18th and 19th centuries (which I find pretty challenging). And then the odd yard work, etc. The CCSU classes are taking a big chunk out of my Tuesdays and Thursdays, as CCSU is 45 min+ away. Alas, no public transportation in these parts. The classes are a mixture of college age kids taking the classes for grades and older folks taking them for entertainment. One can go to CCSU free if one is over 62 and a CT resident.

Good job keeping your mind active! You can be forgiven for missing that turn :-)
