I really struggled with reading the poles too.
Not sure which chicken and egg scenario I am in.
Too tired to read clearly .... or tired because I am not reading clearly all day.
I hope to not have to wear glasses running .... if my eyes aren't really tired before I start (as they were yesterday) I hope to be OK. Each 8 hour work day in front of a computer screen getting harder and harder.
I think you need to keep your eyes 'fresh' and not resort to glasses when eyes are tired. Hence while I don't need to wear glasses for driving I do, especially for long distance, so I am not tired when it matters.
The reading of the poles wasn't exactly the numerals it was what they actually looked like - very different from usual power poles.
I got my eyes tested 4:30 pm and yes I need glasses.
Different glasses for reading and for long distance.
I hope if I wear them at work most of the time my eyes won't be so tired constantly and I won't need to wear them running.
Also since I have had a cataract on my right eye for over 10 years (from a injury than hospitalised me for a week when 12 years old) my left eye has to work doubly hard to compensate constantly.
I hope also the frequent headaches and nausea and sleep deprivation may subside.
Can do something about cataract??? They do it for old codgers!
Only need to remove the cataract when almost blind.
Its not bad enough yet to warrant surgery.
Can't wait for that!! (not)
