Sorry to hear about the knee. I hope it is temporary. Great to hear the stomach behaved.

There seems to be an endless supply of good events for runners. I doubt if it is in the cards for me, but I'm going to poke at it for a few months.

Yes, the stomach news sounds possibly good, I just hope the knee recovers well and this isn't a big issue.

Thanks. Knee pretty bad today, but suffering with that beats stomach shutdown any day. I didn't have any long runs under my belt due to my injuries at STS, so I figured it would hurt a bit.

Oh Myka, that offer is pure gold. Luckily, it seems to be a lot better after a couple of days, so I think it's irritated but not blown.

Yep, 40 min slower than STORM is a great time for me, especially with a few detours. He's a gazelle.
