Discussion: Gravel

The Katy, even with the Bangert diversion, is the worst type of ride if you're talking a gravel ride (in my opinion, anyway). The constant spinning, the (for us) familiar view. My favorite gravel races have hills to break things up and new scenery to distract you from when the hills hurt.

Good point, though I actually like the scenery on the Katy just fine. It would probably be easier in a bigger gear; I'm not putting much weight on the pedals pushing a 58 on the flat.
