I vote you alternate a week like that with one that includes fewer days of running (could be replaced with a walk so you don't die of spinning boredom), at least at first, just because it's so easy to over do it with running even if it like you aren't doing too much.

A walk would have been much more palatable this morning, and the knee did hurt a little (might have just been the cold, but still, easy does it for the meniscusless).
