Ha, cheers. Hills tonight felt tough...

How are you doing? Your surgery must be v soon now - or was it last week?

I am not surprised your legs are still tired. You’re putting in very consistent efforts.

Yes, I had the surgery this day last week, and it seems to have gone well. Difficult to assess the full impact yet, so will need to wait and see. Seeing surgeon again next week to go through in detail what he found. He told me he found a cartilage tear which wasn’t reported in the scans. He has a DVD of inside my hip for me. Will be watching it together apparently for 15 minutes. I can't wait. I bet it will be as exciting as the opening 15 minutes of Spectre! I’ll bring popcorn.

Yes Tom you seem to be running as well as ever, good stuff.

Eoin, enjoy the movie and I hope it's positive news!

Cheers Paul. Great to see you back up and running properly. It's been a while! You must be pleased with your fitness - could have been a lot worse given how long your woes have lasted. Hope you're well and truly over it now.

Eoin have you seen the film yet?

Thanks - yes indeed, glad I finally seem to be properly up and running again after 18 months of problems!
