I actually really enjoyed it and looking at the HR trace, it was probably the perfect workout for where I am right now. And always better to get something done than to give up and walk home, getting something sticky from Panera on the way home.

Its a great session - I always found that after 12-15 of them I'd start missing the start - the 15sec recovery wasn't enough by that point.
