If I sent you a memory card from a camera with "corrupted" image files on it, would you have any chance at retrieving them, or at least some of them?

It depends on what type of corruption, if the card itself is corrupt, that could be challenging, close to impossible; if files are corrupt, Photoshop is capable of retreving parts if not most of the image.
What type of card is it, SD, miniSD, MicroSD or some other? I do not have readers, for new SD cards, currently.
Do you see images when card is in the camera?

Find me on Skype, that will be easier. You can probably "google" most of treatment for such cases on-line.
