Goose really got his core into it, leaning forward.
We have to get Ryan something nice for loaning us his bike long term. (His disability no longer allows him to use it)

I'm in too! I was so thankful to be able to get outside and really sweat.
FB, not sure if you've tried it on a rail trail yet, but it goes great. You sure notice the difference that the surface makes to your speed/effort. Make sure you wear glasses though. Being that close to the front wheel you'll get all sorts of dust and gravel flicked up at your face, particularly if there is any moisture. I feel like I might have had the nicer 2 months for hand cycling in Aug and Sept. That said, this week has been awesome.

Is that why you alway wore glasses when we rode together, Goose? Knowledge that you'd likely end up needing to be 'that close' to my rear wheel?
