Well those PT exercises you took the time to enumerate a couple days ago were amazing. Can't even imagine some of them. Cat and Cow? Or the 'Ball rollout' which sounds painful and almost injurious.
So my short basement workouts seem quite modest. And after a couple weeks of them, it is gratifying that I'm feeling better. But I'm still chasing you as far as pace and distance are concerned. Hope we both remain injury free throughout the winter.
