Mud! Hills! Wow. OFSAA kicking it old skool this year! SHould I bring up your O-Rocs?

What do people think of the course?

This course is so good and tough. Lots of climb and the ground is soft and muddy. Final downhill the mud is 20-25cm deep in places. weather is nice temp but Sunny, then rain, then a bit of sleet/snow now sunny again.

AG! was 48th but then results updated later put her in 51st. Huh? Her goal was top 50 so let's stick with the original results. :-) Well done kiddo. At the 3km mark she was in 75th. At the 4.5km mark she was 60th so I think her downhill running was working well today. :-)

Apparently the petition for gender parity at OFSAA XC was supported. Girls and boys will run same
distance in the future in XC.

So there are a lot of complaints on trackie that the OFSAA XC course was too dangerous because it was hilly and muddy. You can see the danger written all over your face.
