Mud! Hills! Wow. OFSAA kicking it old skool this year! SHould I bring up your O-Rocs?
What do people think of the course?
Good luck tomorrow! Mud and hills sounds good.
MUDDDDYYYYY !
It will get worse (er....better) as the day goes on.
O-shoes?
But will it be as muddy as the Hopewell Rocks sprint at COCs? Good luck Emo!
Good luck Emma!!!!!!!! Enjoy the mud!!!!!!!
This course is so good and tough. Lots of climb and the ground is soft and muddy. Final downhill the mud is 20-25cm deep in places. weather is nice temp but Sunny, then rain, then a bit of sleet/snow now sunny again.
Great job out there champ
AG! was 48th but then results updated later put her in 51st. Huh? Her goal was top 50 so let's stick with the original results. :-) Well done kiddo. At the 3km mark she was in 75th. At the 4.5km mark she was 60th so I think her downhill running was working well today. :-)
Apparently the petition for gender parity at OFSAA XC was supported. Girls and boys will run same
distance in the future in XC.
So there are a lot of complaints on trackie that the OFSAA XC course was too dangerous because it was hilly and muddy. You can see the danger written all over your face.
