Thierry! You may not remember me, but I'm Mark Innes. Mike Waddington and I went to a Toronto Raptors game with you guys a few years ago...and I 'competed' (got destroyed) against you as a junior back in the day.

I've recently slowly started training in hopes of competing internationally again. That's my short term goal which might end up being long term...(time is ticking, and my 35 year old legs need to build up some miles again).

I figure I should make a 'dream' goal for myself, and I've decided that it is to defeat you in a middle distance race one day. :) I estimate it will take at least 50 years for it to even be possible! O'Ringen 2070 or WMOC or wherever, I challenge you as an M90. I'm coming for you buddy! Watch out!

Other than that, welcome! It's extremely motivating and humbling to be able to get a glimpse of your training regime.

Take care.

Hey my man! What a good surprise, Mark! Definitively a good thing I have opened this AP account.

Of course, I (we) remember you as you organize us one of the best day of our trip in North America, back in 2009. Lot of fun memories from that day.

2070 sounds far away, but I´m up for the challenge, even do some morning I already feel like a M70... Wondering then how I will feel in 2070...

Though, if you are passing by Europe before that time, I will be glad to see you and check your progress in some nice Swedish forest (heard O´ringen 2070 will be held in Lunsen, here in Uppsala). Whenever, you´re welcome. Quite sure I can fix you front row tickets for KFUM Uppsala Basket - Sundsvall Dragons, can´t promise it is as exciting as an Toronto Raptors - Houston Rockets game, but it is worth trying.

Take care and stay sharp!
