are you doing anything to stabalise it (strapping/bracing) when you run?
(or is it maybe not as bad as the conclusions I jump to whenever anyone says 'ankle')
It's not too bad. Strapped it on Sunday but ran out of strapping tape for Tuesday. It seemed pretty happy as long as I wasn't on too uneven ground... and those bits I walked or went really slow.
sounds ok... take care though and probably more important for now to listen if it starts complaining about doing too much than sticking to a program
