Hey John, are you sure we have 4 pts with Erin and Mike? I'm 2pts, and they should both have 1, right? I don't really know how old they are.

I can send in the form for our team if you didn't do so already but we need a name. Suggestions?

Yeah, that would be great if you could send in the form. Erin and Mike are both one, so we should be fine on points. I still haven't heard for sure if Erin is coming, but we have Sergei Gnatiouk as backup, so we should have a solid team either way.

Mike was born 1987, so he is 20, which is supposed to be worth 1 point. Let Ellen know who is in your team and what the name is, so things don't get duplicated, even if you send in the form yourself.

Hey Arthur,
I'm really just logging my weight out of curiosity to see if it fluctuates over the season at all, but mostly because there is now a scale in my bathroom. I'm about 180cm tall.

Checking the weight makes it easy to see when you are dehydrated. If you know your normal weight and suddenly 6 lbs/3kg lighter after a long run or race, you know you have to pour in fluids. In this example about a gallon, since you have to drink more than what you lose (the body doesn't absorb all the fluids).
