I feel like you've mentioned an upset stomach a few times in the last few weeks. Is there something in your diet that seems particularly bad for running? we usually think of running being dependent on our heart and legs, but turns out you can't do it too well if your gastrointestinal system isn't working. If I were in your shoes, I'd probably put some priority on figuring out what works and doesn't work wrt running.
Good call. This time I think it was from a stomach I've been dealing with. But diet is certainly an aspect to keep in mind.
My stomach often rebels at specific types of hard running. For me, mostly hills. I'm not sure that helps the dialogue here, but perhaps you can be more careful with food on the days that you suspect might be tough on the tummy.
