Have you been doing CF long? Are you a committed CrossFitter? Have you drunk the kool aid?

Eheh, had to google "drunk the kool aid"...

Did this for a bit more than 2 years now. My physio/masseur is running the "garage" here in Uppsala and it is a great place I must say. I enjoy it, the atmosphere is pretty cool there, headphones are forbid and people are skilled and multicultural. Among them one guy has been coaching Olympic lifters in China.
But basically, I got tired of all those basic core strength trainings I have done for years and it is great to break routines. But, all this to say, that I can call it "circuit training" if you prefer! ; )

No judgement here! I just started doing Freeletics a few weeks ago which, as far as I can tell, has similarities to CrossFit. No equipment needed for exercises which is convenient because I can do the workouts at home while watching the baby (although in reality he is watching me). It's the first time I've enjoyed strength training in a long time so I get the appeal. Not as exciting as the forest, but what is?
