Me, too. I really hope that Team SWEDEN Silva has the good karma coming their way after such bad luck during the previous two editions.

I don't know how these fantasy pool things work so I don't know if this is standard or a special version. It was so hard for me to pick my A pool (I've already changed 2 teams!!)
And with the various pool 'cut-offs' I might change again because some teams are slower starters and stronger finishers... and then change again as the race progresses.... assuming I understand that right.
All very interesting and will make for an even greater reduction in my productivity next week!!!

Interesting - when I saw the AR Fantasy League being promoted as a way to improve the ARWC spectator experience, it reminded me of Fox TV putting a blue glow on the puck in their hockey coverage to improve the spectator experience. As in, if you aren't used to watching hockey, I guess this will make it better. But if you know how to watch the sport, you don't need gimmicks to make it interesting.
However, I've been proven wrong since it seems that the AR Fantasy League is a hit!

It combines 'betting' with a little bit of knowledge (or making us think we have a little bit of knowledge)... in this case there is no actual money risked or won but it still provides a platform for 'competition' ... and trash talking amongst friends who participate in the league
... at least that's how my football pool works... I make my picks and then everyone starts taking the piss out of me. At least this won't cost me! :-)

I've got Merrell in there too... but who do you exclude when picking 5 of that top group?... It's almost like guessing who's most likely to have bad luck/ injury/ illness
If anyone has all top five picks through each calculation point, I will be in awe.
I think the top of the B list is "easier", but still, this is such a unique course and it is AR after all.
