I personally appreciate Ross and Sam's job convincing you to start an AP log. I need to learn a lot in this sport to improve at all.
Keep posting. I'll keep reading, digesting, and adapting.
Et en ce qui concerne ton français, je te comprends. J'ai appris à le parler il y a quelques ans. Mais dès que je suis venu à habiter en Espaigne j'ai perdu de plus en plus. Sigh. Il faut que je pratique. Et en fait, ton anglais est admirable.
Anyway, keep inspiring the rest of us dude.
Thanks for your nice words and impressive french!
I´ll do my best to keep my motivation high enough to update my AP all the time. But can´t guarantee it as I already sense it will be more challenging in busier period and camps without network.
Take care and enjoy Spain - a lot to offer to eager orienteers!
Bienvenue à AttackPoint! From the reading of your first few weeks on AP I imagine this very informative and inspiring training log will quickly becoming another 'must read coaching manual'.
TGIF! And here I thought it stood for TG Idrottsförening
Thanks Mike! I find it very fun so far, and it is a lot easier than keeping a blog up-to-date.
Keep in shape give my greetings to your whole family.
Word is spreading, and a lot of us are reading - and being inspired by - your log entries. Thanks so much for taking the time to do them!
Thanks DWild! Always nice to hear!
