was on my agenda for either morning this weekend (well, three gorges) but I gave it a miss given the weather forecast.
Saturday was pretty miserable, but only for half an hour or so. Today was better, no rain to speak of. But I guess you would be out for longer so more chance of a soaking.
I'm too much of a fairweather cyclist for pleasure, will cycle through anything on the commute but at weekends can't be bothered.
The Big Foot ride (Andy Simpson, Jock Davis, myself and some footO-retired BFers e.g. Cam Osborne, Guenter Hauber, Hamish Mackie) goes from a variety of places along Mona Vale road on Sat mornings: 6:52 Pentecost avenue; 7:01 The Showgrounds and 7:08 Forrest Way. It proceeds through Terry Hills to the National Park and Akuna Bay; usually clockwise. Welcome!
Too early for Brooner, although he may change his mind about that come Friday.
Correct Undy, bit too early, but might give it a go sometime!
