When I was training properly I always felt the worst in my easy weeks
decided that its the lack of circulation that means all the byproduct crap doesn't get flushed out and so hangs around making you feel rubbish.
I kind of had a sense yesterday that I needed to do something really easy, even a walk, just to get the blood flowing.
I did act, fairly late on Sunday, by drinking lots of water - like they telll you to after a masssage, to wash out the crap. However it meant I kept waking up in the night. Next time I'll drink lots in the morning.
